Description

Aluminum and carbon fiber dust must be contained to prevent accelerated corrosion when in contact with steel. Containment prevents possible fire hazards and ensures employee health and safety. OEM certification programs require HEPA dust extraction of aluminum, carbon fiber and other advanced materials to prevent these particles from circulating around the shop. More automotive OEM certification programs are allowing professional grade dry HEPA vacuums to extract the corrosive and toxic dust. This portable air powered vacuum is compact and lightweight. It is designed to safely contain aluminum, carbon fiber, magnesium, titanium and hexavalent chromium coatings. The model features non-marring rubber feet and a handle to easily carry to the job location. This vacuum is dust ignition proof thanks to its use of an air motor drive system.
